For its first hotel outside of France, EVOK headed to Italy, where it opened Nolinski Venezia in the early summer of 2023. With nods to the city and its history—including in the 1929 building itself —the hotel offers travelers a truly luxurious stay, with everything from high-end dining to a gorgeous pool to its perfect-for-exploring location.
